Palletech includes a simple, yet effective scheduler, which allows jobs to be queued and prioritized for “lights out” operation. Yet when the prototype job or the emergency delivery arises, as it always does, it can be given top priority in the schedule without the need for re-organizing other work.
Palletech cells are an effective strategy for both low-volume and high-volume requirements. Resident pallets and part fixtures make lots-of-one manufacturing economical, and tombstones with multi-part fixtures serve higher production users. These cells are compatible with Horizontal Machining Centers, Variaxis 5-axis Centers, plus the ultimate Multi-Tasking machines, the Integrex Series.

All functions (operation monitoring, scheduling, program management, program uploading, tool life status check, operation results) are available over networked PCs without any special software thanks to the browser-based software. Convenient operation is ensured thanks to the explorer tree view and hyperlinks. Scheduling can be performed by two methods － by pallet number or by workpiece number.
e-BOT CELL 720
The e-BOT CELL 720 is designed for unmanned operation over extended periods of time following the concept of “ an unmanned operation system which can effectively compete with countries that have lower labor cost. Currently, “e-BOT CELL 720s” are used at all Mazak manufacturing facilities all over the world.
